How can I start a purchase on the Antonio Carraro Shop?
To buy on eshop.antoniocarraro.it it is necessary to have a personal account. First of all, create your own account through the menu “REGISTER” located at the top on the right. To complete the registration, you will receive an email with a link; if you don't receive it, please inform us at gadget@antoniocarraro.it. If you are already part of the AC E-Shop world, simply log-in.
Where can I find the products?
Click on the menu that you find on the website header: “CORPORATE LINE”, “LIFESTYLE”, “KIDS LINE”, “110 Y”, "SPORTS", "SUMMER" " E-MOBILITY" . See the preview of the items and as soon as you find an article that you like, you can access the product data sheet by simply clicking on the product image.
What do CORPORATE LINE, LIFESTYLE LINE, KIDS LINE, 110Y LINE and SPORTS LINE mean?
AC E-Shop products are divided into various lines:
- CORPORATE, items for working time, office, workshop or field;
- LIFESTYLE, fashion items for the free time;
- KIDS, for little farmers;
- 110Y Limited edition products to celebrate our company's 110 anniversary;
- SPORTS a sportswear line dedicated to our most adventurous Tractor People.
​- SUMMER line dedicated to summer.
- E-Mobility line dedicated to electric mobility.
How can I use a discount voucher?
If you have any discount code, write it on the field “Do you have any discount voucher?” (in the product data sheet or inside the basket) and click on “Get the discount!”.
Can I use the discount voucher for any product?
Some items are not discountable, in these cases the message "This product is not discountable" will appear.
How can I make a purchase?
Once you have chosen the items you want to buy, click on “ADD TO BASKET” from the product data sheet or the wishlist. At this point you will access your shopping basket, where you can complete the purchase by clicking on “BUY IT!”.
Can I buy more articles with a unique order?
Yes! From the basket you can continue browsing to add other products. Choose them always through the menu that you find on the website header.
I’ve added a product in the basket that I don’t want to buy anymore. Can I remove it?
Yes. From the basket, click on the “delete” symbol located near the price of the article.
I’ve added a product in the basket selecting the wrong size. Do I have to remove it and then add it again?
No, you can change directly the size inside the basket.

How can I conclude my order?
From your shopping basket click on “BUY IT!”. Confirm the data for the invoice heading and the address of the person to whom you would like the merchandise to be shipped. Choose the payment method and then confirm your order. Once the order has been completed, a confirmation email containing the order number and the summary of your purchase will be sent to you.
Are there additional costs?
If necessary, to the price of the article you have to add:
- shipping costs for orders up to 100 euro;
- bank transfer costs for countries outside Italy and the European Union.
During the checkout process, before completing the order, you will see the final total amount.
How can I know the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are specified during the checkout process, before completing the order. They are indicated also in the “Shipping” page.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically, according to the total amount of the order and the country of destination.
TARIFFS FOR SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UP TO 100 EURO:
ZONE A 12 EURO: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Luxemburg, Monaco, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
ZONE B 20 EURO: Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Canary Islands, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Czech Rep., Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Hungary.
ZONE C 30 EURO: Rest of the world.

Which are the payment methods?
Antonio Carraro Shop allows you to choose among different forms of payment: PayPal or bank transfer (cash on delivery only in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City). Please remember, for orders made by bank transfer, our staff will manually process the order only after the sum has been credited.
How can I verify the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time in the “MY ACCOUNT” section located at the top on the right. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipping.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order.
Who is the forwarding agent?
Usually DHL.
What are the delivery times?
The purchased products are delivered through DHL within 2/3 working days from the shipping confirmation email. For orders made by bank transfer, our staff will manually process your order only after the sum has been credited.
I have received the article and I see that the size is wrong. Can I change it?
If you have ordered the wrong size and you want to change it, you have to return the intact product within 5 days from receipt to Antonio Carraro SpA Via Caltana, 24 – 35011 Campodarsego (PD) Italy, informing Antonio Carraro at  infopostvendita@antoniocarraro.it . It is agreed that the transport risks and costs relative to the return of the products will be fully pending on the Customer.
