1) INTRODUCTION
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website "eshop.antoniocarraro.it". Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products.
The products purchased on eshop.antoniocarraro.it are sold directly by Antonio Carraro SpA ("Antonio Carraro"), which has its registered office in Italy at Via Caltana, 24 - 35011 Campodarsego (Padua), business register number, tax code and VAT number IT 00186830287.

2) CUSTOMER TYPE
Antonio Carraro SpA sells to natural or legal persons.
In case of natural persons, in order to validly conclude this agreement, legal capacity to act and legal age (18 years old) are requirements that the Customer must meet.

3) PRODUCT PRICE
The prices of the products indicated on the site include VAT, but they do not include the shipping fees and possible additional taxes or duties, that the Customer agrees to pay in addition to the price indicated on the site.

4) DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
Discount vouchers are personalised codes, which allow you to take advantage of a discount on your purchase on eshop.antoniocarraro.it.
If you have any discount code, write it on the field “Do you have any discount voucher?” and click on “Get the discount!”; your discounted price will appear. Discount will be applied on product prices, not on forwarding charges. Some items are not discountable, in these cases the message "This product is not discountable" will appear.

5) SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES
FORWARDING CHARGES
The shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are specified during the checkout process, before completing the order. Such costs are calculated automatically according to the total amount of the order and the Country of Destination. Shipping costs are not discountable by the discount voucher.
TARIFFS FOR SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UP TO 100 EURO:
ZONE A 12 EURO: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Luxemburg, Monaco, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
ZONE B 20 EURO: Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Canary Islands, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Czech Rep., Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Hungary.
ZONE C 30 EURO: Rest of the world.

TIME
The purchased products are delivered through DHL within 3/5 working days from the shipping confirmation email. For orders made by bank transfer, our staff will manually process your order only after the sum has been credited.

6) PAYMENTS
AC E-Shop allows you to choose among different forms of payment: PayPal or bank transfer.
PayPal: Payment service by credit card completely safe and free. During the checkout process you will pass on the site of Paypal.com using SSL technology that protects and maintains the anonymous transaction. No critical information, such as credit card number, will be passed to the seller. At the end of the transaction you will receive an email confirmation of Payment. It is not necessary to register to the PayPal site.
Advanced bank transfer: outside Italy and the European Union, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, there will be an additional fee of 6,50 Euros. For orders made by bank transfer, our staff will manually process your order only after the sum has been credited. If possible, please send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to gadget@antoniocarraro.it.
INVOICE
During the checkout process, you will be asked to insert specific invoicing data: for convenience, the information that you have entered during registration will be displayed, but you can edit it at any time. The invoice will be sent to you together with the goods. The VAT is already included in the price that you see on all the pages of the website.
CUSTOMS FEES
In case of shipping outside the European Community, additional fees could be applied during customs clearance. The recipient is entirely responsible for these fees which cannot be determined in advance by eshop.antoniocarraro.it. For more information on duties, we recommend you to contact the customs office of the Country of destination.

7) HOW TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ANTONIO CARRARO
To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on eshop.antoniocarraro.it, you must fill out the online order form and send it electronically to Antonio Carraro, following the relevant instructions. Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors. An order shall be deemed submitted when Antonio Carraro receives your order form electronically. After your order form has been submitted, Antonio Carraro will process your order. If the products displayed on eshop.antoniocarraro.it are no longer available at the time of your last access or once Antonio Carraro has received your order form, Antonio Carraro shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within thirty (30) days from the day after Antonio Carraro has received your order. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, Antonio Carraro will refund the amount paid for those items. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that Antonio Carraro has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof. By submitting an order form to Antonio Carraro, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with Antonio Carraro.

8) ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon submission of an order form, Antonio Carraro shall send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the order form. You can check the status of your order at any time in the “MY ACCOUNT” section located at the top on the right. In case, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipping.

9) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer, for any reason and without giving any explanation for said decision, will have the right to withdraw from this agreement without any penalty, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the ordered products. The Customer will be anyhow responsible for the shipping fees and possible duties or additional taxes to re-import the product, which will be sustained by Antonio Carraro. The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned term, by sending a notice in Italian, English, French, Spanish or German by email at gadget@antoniocarraro.it. Then a formal letter has to be sent together with the goods at: Antonio Carraro SpA Via Caltana, 24 – 35011 Campodarsego (PD) Italy. In order to validly exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be delivered or anyhow returned to the Antonio Carraro intact. It is agreed that the transport risks and costs relative to the return of the products to Antonio Carraro will be fully pending on the Customer. Should the product check be positive and the right of withdrawal be validly exercised within the terms foreseen, Antonio Carraro will return the full amount paid to purchase the products to the Customer, free of charge, net of the shipping fees and possible duties or sales taxes paid to re-import the products, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date in which Antonio Carraro was notified about the Customer’s intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Size change
If you have ordered the wrong size and you want to change it, you have to return the intact product within 5 days from receipt to Antonio Carraro SpA Via Caltana, 24 – 35011 Campodarsego (PD) Italy, informing Antonio Carraro at infopostvendita@antoniocarraro.it. It is agreed that the transport risks and costs relative to the return of the products will be fully pending on the Customer.

Right of withdrawal for Antonio Carraro
If the products displayed on eshop.antoniocarraro.it are no longer available at the time of your last access or once Antonio Carraro has received your order form, Antonio Carraro shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within thirty (30) days from the day after Antonio Carraro has received your order. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, Antonio Carraro will refund the amount paid for those items.

11) APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
The agreement will be regulated and interpreted in compliance with Italian laws. The Parties agree that the Convention of the United Nations on agreements for the international sales of goods is not applicable to this agreement. Any controversy derived from this agreement or relative to it, will be devolved to: a) the Court of the city in which the Buyer resides or is domiciled, if "consumer" according to applicable laws; b) exclusively, to the Court of Padua, Italy, in any other case. Provisions of applicable Italian laws are valid for whatever is not explicitly foreseen herein, and in particular, the provisions of Section II, Chapter I, Title III of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code), for consumers.

12) AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on eshop.antoniocarraro.it.
